My partner and I had a wonderful 4 months at Pat's and Sarah's place. It's a bright and beautifully decorated space with a gorgeous view unto Castro District. The apartment can work for both an individual professional or for a couple. It has everything you need, from cooking utensils, to dishwasher, to washer/dryer and a smart TV. The apartment gives direct access to a lovely terrace and garden. Sarah and Pat have been very generous and thoughtful, sharing with us home-grown lemons, freshly cut garden flowers and other little things. If you want to live centrally, then the location and commuter connections couldn't be better. You can hop on the Muni or little trams or buses anytime, no problem. Because the house is very well insulated and double- (or maybe even triple-) glazed, noise levels were basically non-existent. So you get the best of both worlds: A stunning apartment in a central location where you can get all the rest you need.
